About

I’m Jason Davis, and I write stories of horror and sci/fi.

I once attended  Columbia College Chicago and founded The Chicago Horror Film Festival, Indie Horror Film Festival, and Madtown Horror. I have consulted with various other festivals, written some film scripts and performed other functions on a film set. I most commonly work with Breaking Fate Entertainment and am often called in to rewrite and fine tune scripts going into production.

While I have many shorter works for you to enjoy, my latest novel is Into Darkness. It is the second book in the Guardian trilogy and follows a Rob Alletto. He’s been through a lot in his short time as a small town deputy. Survived the quarantine as the Invisible Spider plague was contained, has stopped the madness from invading the small town of Standard… but now he has more issues to contend with. Now, people are starting to go missing in Standard, taken by the darkness. It was like the night just swallowed them up…

I have also recently had my first young adult novel published. I published it under the pen name of David Westdale. It’s not that I don’t think my fans will not enjoy it, but because I worry about the younger audience the book is written for, coming across my other work via this site. You can find out more about David and his work at http://www.davidwestdale.com
